What is Mozook?

How can I subscribe?

To subscribe, you have to send a SMS with the correct keyword to the shortnumber mentioned on the advertising website otherwise your service will not be activated. For example it will be mentioned like this on the advertising website.: SMS FUN to 5588 (for postpaid users.)


 
How can I download ringtones, videos, wallpapers?

For Etisalat Postpaid Customers:

Once you are subscribed to the service, you will receive a link to your personal mobile download page from where you can use 16 downloads credits for just 40 AED per month, (That's 2.5 AED per content item.) to pick and download the content items of your choice. Credits expire after 3 months.

For Etisalat Prepaid (WASEL) Customers:

Once you are subscribed to the service, you will receive a link to your personal mobile download page from where you can use 12 downloads credits for just 30 AED to pick and download the content items of your choice. Credits expire after 3 months.

 


 
Does the content expire?

Once you download the content to your mobile/PC, there will not be any date for the items to expire.

However, download credits that you receive expire after 3 months and you must use them within this timeframe for downloading the content items you prefer.

 


 
How can I pay? Do I need a credit card?

No need for a credit card to use our service, a certain amount will be deducted in return for download credits from your mobile phone prepaid account or added to your postpaid bill upon you confirm your subscription.

For Etisalat Postpaid customers, this will be on subscription basis, meaning that a certain amount will be deducted every week until you stop the service.

 


 
I received the message with the link. What should I do to download the content?

Just simply click on the link to visit your personal mobile download page and use your download credits to download the content items of your choice.
 


 
Why can't I download when I click on the link?

In order to be able to download an item you will need to have mobile internet (sometimes called WAP, GPRS, EDGE or 3G) activated on your mobile.
